Intense hour filled with core, cardio, AND strength with coaching and modifications as needed. I would love to return here and wish I lived closer for this to be a regular spot. Really nice building, too, with lots of different workout rooms to provide variety.

I also really appreciate that we didn't take very frequent or long breaks for demos because we were able to maintain some momentum and get good at each set before moving onto another. I think it would be helpful to pair the footwork with a little handwork (just to make it more intuitive and realistic). Awesome workout.
