I do not understand why so many classes are made as complicated as possible.. The room is not big enough to be partnering up and transitioning from the treadmills to the floor 20 times. Someone is going to get hurt. If you are writing classes that are this complex, please come take one of your own classes and see what the room looks like.

I had such a blast as a drop in and felt very encouraged to push past my own mental blocks. I rowed in college and he sets a great pace for beginners to advanced. He also makes a killer playlist! Who knew going slow would be so much harder. it forced me to really connect with my form and rhythm and my entire core.
