    Kylan made getting up at the crack of dawn totally worth it - I appreciate how he demonstrated exercises, is encouraging, and makes everyone feel welcome.     Sam Miller’s Shreds Monday class is hands down one of the best classes I’ve taken. The energy from start to finish is incredible, and Sam does an amazing job keeping everyone motivated and engaged throughout the entire workout. He creates a fun, challenging, and welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to keep coming back every week.     This class was life changing for me. My biggest area of concern during all of my workouts felt corrected with just one slight change in foot placement. I immediately felt the change in the engagement of the muscles I usually have so much difficulty trying to target. Suddenly they were consistently engaged and I felt the power in my row (although it also exposed some weaknesses that the unsolicited muscles were compensating for). Will be back next week for squat.
