He practiced one on one with me and even helped me refine my techniques in boxing. He also considered my uncommon stance as southpaw and helped me to box and kick until I got the moves down!

He took the time to teach me several techniques and made sure I understood everything, which I really appreciated as someone new to the class. I originally came in looking for a healthy outlet to release some stress and frustration, and the class ended up being exactly what I needed. It was a great workout and a very positive environment. I learned a lot and left feeling much better than when I arrived. I would definitely recommend this class to anyone looking to learn Taekwondo or just try something new!

This class happens in studio B a few doors down from the karate studio that you see when you enter the plaza. The owners & staff are so kind and made me feel really welcomed and gave me a mini tour. My instructor/trainer was AJ and he did a fantastic job of explaining the exercises and circuits. The class size wasn’t too big so the instructor was able to give me really specific feedback (like correct form) to help me get the most out of the workout - super grateful for this! I highly recommend and I will definitely be back!!
