The choreo can feel like a lot at times (especially for a beginner class) but in a good way! Bonnie is so supportive and makes it clear that her class is a space for fun, feel-good, “ooey-gooey” movement. I look forward to it every week!

Every class with Alexi is a delight, and she always takes the time to show you proper technique but also to make sure that you feel comfortable and enjoy the class. There’s some warm up, then partner rotations, and a combination of dancing with and without music. The facility is clean and well decorated, I will certainly return for more classes and events! ver todas as avaliaçõesWalking in I was nervous 1) because I’m not the best dancer and 2) I’ve never taken a dance class. I was greeted with music and a welcoming energy ! The instructor was full of energy the entire class and never made anyone feel like they were doing it wrong. I love that everyone is allowed to be themselves while getting a good workout in. Also the playlist was fire …definitely going back for more!
