ver todas as avaliaçõesThis class was awesome - I haven't had the best experience with other CrossFit classes in the past so honestly was hesitant trying this one and I'm so glad I did! Tammi was an excellent coach, leading us through a practical and functional warmup and encouraging everyone to go at the pace that was good for them. It was not overly competitive, in fact, everyone was extremely encouraging and motivating. Lits if modifications goven and no judgment at all. HOWEVER, they let me know that they are no longer affiliated with ClassPass although they let me take the class. #ClassPassInsider
