She arrives to class 20 min ahead to go over choreography and plan it to music/bpm so that your experience is world class. She makes sure everyone is set up and prepared prior to class. She will offer form corrections as general reminders then a personal shout out when you’ve gotten it down so you feel celebrated and not called out. She’s motivating. Great playlist. And her legs are simply- GOALS. I watch her the entire class and I am reminded what I’m working towards. Liz - Giiiirlll- you are a dime!
