I was nervous, but everyone is super welcoming and and Natalie makes you feel like she’s known you forever! Just show up ready to try something new and it will feel like you are dancing with friends after a while. It is super inclusive and you are not obligated to do anything you do not want to do. So fun and such a great workout! I will be back again and again!

Even though it was called hip hop "kick", it was 90% air punching and very little kicking, not sure if it's always like that. The class is inside Fitness Works on the third floor, so you have to walk through the gym.
