I especially appreciate how she goes around the class to correct posture and alignment, which not only helps us get the most out of each movement but also reduces the risk of injury. Her classes always give me a great burn, and I love how friendly and welcoming she is. She creates a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable while still being challenged.

ver todas as avaliaçõesIt was a nice gym albeit a bit small and filled with PTs during the 2pm slot.. and some PTs tend to just grab the dumb bells without asking if you’re using it (and there were two racks some more) but the gym receptionist was nice. Other gym fellows who were there on their own were also very respectful; it was really just some of the PTs that didn’t really carry proper gym ethics. Overall still a very nice spot to head to in central area. Recommend probably to go during off peak hours to avoid the PT crowd.
