ver todas as avaliaçõesVery dynamic class, just what I am after. Wilfred's teaching style is fun, encouraging, and at the same time challenging. good variety of postures and some opportunity to try inversions and arm balances. Sweated a lot in this class and will definitely be back again.

It was my first few times trying yoga and he was really clear about the instructions and educational on what exercises I could do to improve my shoulder strength etc. Not the instructors fault at all but I think the studio itself feels a bit noisy because it’s next to the boss’ (?) office…and he was on a Zoom call and it was super noisy. Hope the boss can find soundproofing or something to make it less noisy for the students.

ver todas as avaliaçõesReally great teacher who is very detailed with his explanations and corrections, you can tell he is serious about teaching and wants to make sure students learn proper ballet technique. Yes he does sigh a lot but I think it’s a valid reaction and it’s quite funny haha.. he also makes the effort to give personalised corrections after class which I truly appreciate. This is a challenging class and will be a better fit for students with a strong foundation.. I’ll be trying the beginners class instead next time lol
