Hope eventually there will be more outlets for Ki Yoga because I’ll be moving away the area soon, but will definitely try my best to come back no matter the distance because the teachers at Ki are great and it’s homely space to practice yoga.

The way she was so warm, gentle, caring and kept calling me mummy/darling during the class made my heart flutter. Also cause I’m a first time mum, Joanne calling me mummy just made it so sweet. She understood everything I was going through, all the pains. Shared her own personal stories of her own kid. This was by far the best class I went to for pre natal. I went for a few other pilates class pregnant and the instructors only made me feel like a burden to the class and one of the class I was asked to leave and they didn’t refund my credits. I left the class crying. This class with Joanne really instilled my confidence to workout during my pregnancy again.
