ver todas as avaliaçõestruthfully have been in quite a long rut as far as my exercise journey has been. this was my first class in nearly a year! i didn’t know it was going to be a yoga sculpt class (i’ve never done one before!) so i was a little nervous when i figured that out (lol) but i was pleasantly surprised. kelsey was a great instructor and made my feel comfortable even when i was the only one in the room taking a break! i definitely recommend the class + i’ll be back!

It was hard for me to get into yoga before I found her classes, but she makes it very approachable and welcoming to all levels! Definitely recommend :)

I’ve been searching for a truly beginner jazz class for nearly 15 years, and it’s been really tough to find someone who starts at the absolute basics, building the foundation for more advanced techniques. Rebecca is not only kind, patient, and understanding, but she also tailors her teaching to help each individual grasp the concepts. I’ve taken jazz at your studio for the past couple of months and this is the first time I’ve truly enjoyed a jazz class at any studio. I accomplished foundations I have struggled with for years in a very short 1 hour class. It was such a positive experience with Rebecca compared to what I’ve encountered before.

ver todas as avaliaçõesBooked the Foot Ritual with Roman. I will say it was more of a foot massage than reflexology but I didnt mind that. You start with a foot bath for 10ish minutes and then lie on a massage table for the remaining 40 mins. The space is really nice and inviting. Honestly the highlight is the tea they give you - i am still thinking about it! FYI if you havent gotten a confirmation email then just give them a call. It was a quick fix
