I was stuck at the exit because the machine wouldn’t accept any of my cards, and no one from the Greystar Garage would answer the call button. After ten minutes of sheer frustration, someone came through the entrance and told me it happens VERY often and there’s another entrance / exit that I could use . She also informed me that The Works has a card that can be used to get in and out of the garage. Information such as this is really valuable for someone who is unfamiliar/ first time attendee.
