They showed me where to store my belongings and how to best set up my mat in the studio. Rachel was an energizing and motivating instructor during the 60-minute vinyasa-based power yoga class. This is a heated class & I’m glad the staff gave me towels to cool off throughout the class. 10/10 recommend this class at 7AM if you want to kick start your day with a fun yoga workout!
