ver todas as avaliaçõesFirst time doing any Pilates type workout. The instructor was great with her demos and pacing of the various exercises. This is a style that will leave your body shaking afterwards as it works the small muscles that don't get the same attention during a strength training session or a run. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and that I felt worked but not overworked.
