ver todas as avaliaçõesEverything was super clean and relaxing! This was a great experience and I felt revived and relaxed afterwards, would 10000% recommend to anyone thinking about it. The rooms are private with locks and there are cold eucalyptus towels waiting for you when you get out of the sauna! My room had a shower in it which was amazing, but only 3/7 of the rooms have a shower so it’s not guaranteed !

I was so relaxed by the hot stones that I fell asleep in the chair and woke myself up from snoring TWICE 😆 I left there feeling light as a feather! She was super chill and I def would go again! And the areas that were bothering me feel so much better! Def recommend 10/10 ⭐️🌟

The only issue I had was with parking. I recommend arriving early during certain times of the day. Everything besides that was great. I will be returning very soon!

Isabel was so welcoming, friendly, and informative throughout the entire visit. Since it was my first time trying a cold plunge, she walked me through everything and even showed me how to use the guided meditation on the iPad, which made the experience much more comfortable and enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend Pause to anyone looking for a relaxing and refreshing self-care experience!

I was given a tour and shown all over the different services they offer and I loved trying the red therapy and compression therapy. I love how much variation they have. It’s a perfect place to get yourself reset especially after travel or being sick. Definitely will be back.
