The only issue I had was with parking. I recommend arriving early during certain times of the day. Everything besides that was great. I will be returning very soon!

I was given a tour and shown all over the different services they offer and I loved trying the red therapy and compression therapy. I love how much variation they have. Isabel was so welcoming, friendly, and informative throughout the entire visit. Since it was my first time trying a cold plunge, she walked me through everything and even showed me how to use the guided meditation on the iPad, which made the experience much more comfortable and enjoyable.
