ver todas as avaliaçõesOmg! Wow! So I’ve tried yoga multiple times but I would say I’m not a fan. I keep trying because I know that it has great benefits. I thought maybe trying a beginner class would help me reset my perspective of yoga. I tried Mindy’s Gental Yoga class and it was AMAAAAZING!!! I loved it soooo much! I recently started working out and I am SO sore. Mindy’s class really stretched me out. It was really beginner friendly so I was able to keep up, which boosted my yoga confidence. Will continue taking Mindy’s class for sure!! Thanks Mindy!!

I really appreciated the extra time he took to help me with my form and movements. I was new to the studio and from the moment I walked in, it was welcoming, friendly, and encouraging. Candice at the front desk is the perfect welcome to get you in a positive mood before class. I can’t say enough great things about this studio, the class, the instructor, or front desk. I will be back for sure.

However, the instructor played party music from the 2000s/2010s, which I love, but it was hellllla distracting to get a vibe with the flow going. The apple-bottom jeans song came on, and memories of me dropping it low in a dark club at age 21 came rushing back. Which was weird because I’m much older and have some insecurities with how I look now. And just wasn’t expecting to deal with some low-key aging grief on a Tuesday in class. Perhaps the class could be advertised as a power ‘pop hits’ class. I probs would have gone to the earlier one!
