ver todas as avaliaçõesWowza! Visiting from LA and so glad I popped in! The playlist was fire and the staff is so friendly! It was a different style than the classes in LA, with more dancing and less resistance call out, but you can push yourself and I still burned more calories than the hard core instructor classes at Barry’s and SoulCycle Santa Monica while having so much fun(thanks applewatch)! Will def revisit :)

The trainer, Katie, took the time to guide newcomers through each section, and she was incredibly friendly, supportive, and encouraging. The workout areas included weightlifting, a mountain-climbing-like activity, and strength training. I highly recommend it. It may sound challenging, but it’s actually easy to follow and a lot of fun. The shower facilities were clean, and while the hairdryer was a standard one, it was decent. Towels and lockers were also provided . I’m definitely planning to go back!
