This was my first time taking Yin with Steph as the instructor, & she was phenomenal! Her energy, the flow of poses, her hands on assists — it was all amazing, & then it was capped off by Steph going around the room with a rain stick, which made incredible sounds to lull me into a great mindset for shavasana. I look forward to another class led by Steph!

Class was challenging but I felt super supported by the instructor. She took time to ensure we could practice the bigger moves before we added them to the flow—which I so appreciate. Loved the music and studio too. The temperature was heated to perfection. Can’t wait to come back!

    Flex & Flow

Charlie was a great first impression of this studio. He was very focused on making sure everyone in class got something out of it. He went into detail in explaining each move and we were able to flow through the class almost effortlessly. He really pushed us to keep going and use heavier weights if you could. At the end of class he invited us to join the next class and even helped instruct us in some additional moves to work on to improve balance and stability. I really loved how low impact this workout was while still getting the burn that I desired. I felt comfortable and welcomed in the studio and even received a tour at the end.
