The workout was very well organized, I had a good burn without worrying about injuring myself! The instructor focused a lot on the form and didn’t rush us to do more reps, she cared more about training the right muscle groups which is exactly what I needed!

ver todas as avaliaçõesRoxy was super friendly! I was nervous about the wood therapy, but it ended up being not bad at all! Definitely uncomfortable at times, but never painful or unbearable. Roxy checked in throughout to make sure I was doing okay. For the other parts of the session, I could feel it working, but it was pretty relaxing and I ended up taking a short nap. At the end of the 90 minutes, the measurements showed I had lost 1.5 inches!!!? Would definitely go back for more consistent sessions.

ver todas as avaliaçõesMy nails turned out great. Super sweet and puts in alot of detail with cleaning up the nails. My only issue is with ClassPass. I booked an appointment and showed up on time, but ClassPass did not give her enough notice to contact me and let me know that spot had been filled. I had to wait an extra 40 minutes. Initially I was upset but she made sure to take care of me, apologized for the inconvenience and gave me a cute little design for free. I recommend calling to confirm before showing, but only because of ClassPass. It wasn’t her fault necessarily.

ver todas as avaliaçõesThe business did not know about my reservation and was not able to accommodate me at the reserved time, and asked me to return at a later time. Upon returning, there was still some confusion about the reservation. Once resolved, foot massage was nice. However, private massage was very odd. Room was only separated from main area by curtain and did not feel adequately hidden from employees passing by. There was no sheet provided, just bath towel. Massage therapist did not adequately drape to provide modesty, and the massage felt unprofessional. Very liberal use of massage oil and heavy focus on upper thighs and buttocks, very close to genitals. Also put me in figure 4 position and again, did not drape to provide modesty. Later when using towel to remove oil, massage therapist left entire buttocks exposed for much longer than necessary. Very unusual and inappropriate. Would not recommend, and I am suggesting for ClassPass to remove this partner.

Other hair salons using ClassPass Concierge kept canceling my appointment without offering alternative time slots which is frustrating when your credits are about to expire and there are too many to roll over. I'm happy that Blondie's Clip shop was able to offer me an 8am slot when my 10am was unavailable. My stylist was Trinn and I highly recommend her.
