ver todas as avaliaçõesthe class was quite intense as a beginner!!!! mia was very accommodating and corrected my form, as well as giving modifications for difficult exercises. i really enjoyed pushing myself and the vibes were nice! cozy little studio. also got a free protein shake which was cool!
