    Kaleigh was so nice and welcoming! She explained the workout very well and always made sure to spot to prevent injuries. I really enjoyed the workout and definitely will be back!!

    Tough HIIT Out

    Katrina was great! I did the Tough HIIT Out class on Saturday at 9am and she was a great, intense, and engaged instructor. Also, the class was as easy or difficult as you choose because you can choose to use heavier weights or lighter weights, or even faster/slower modified movements. I liked it and am considering getting a crunch membership!
