I live the other side of London to this studio but travel to practice with her as much as possible because her depth of knowledge, sequencing, transitions, care, passion, creativity and philosophical teachings give me so so much and truly deepen my practice every time. She is a teacher that trains teachers and I consider the chance to practice with her as both a teacher and a student a true privilege.

There was enough space in order to do a variety of tasks, which are tailored towards all levels and getting full value for an intense workout session. I always enjoy this particular class with Zack as the teacher, because he is very encouraging and works very methodically, simply by demonstrating some great combination shots that are passed down to students, using his own knowledge and experience to create a great learning environment.
