For being pregnant and post partum, this was a nice experience and intensity level. I was able to modify and knew when not to go past a certain point. The instructor really made you feel comfortable and transition easily into each following position. Elliot was also helpful and welcoming. Looking forward to our next class.

Andrew was fantastic to train with. He’s very knowledgeable and attentive to proper form. I recently learned that while the gym itself has been around for about four years, Andrew’s women-only group classes are a newer addition. Ladies, definitely give one a try if you’re looking to level up your strength game! 💪 ☺️
