I tried the red light therapy which has the added amazing benefit of lying on a PEMF mat and that evening I slept so well and the next day I had an incredible amount of energy and excitement for life. I felt great for at least another two days, which brings me to today so I'm not sure how long the benefits last. (I used program number three). I also tried the cryotherapy, (today) which is so cool! It is way way way better than cold plunging. And they also have a bunch of other fun stuff including a therapy that I did not try, but after 20 minutes of just lying there you basically get a 3 to 4 hour strength workout, WOW! so many super cool things here.
