First of all, we were a couple minutes late and they made us feel welcome still, jumping in to help get admin and setup out of the way. During the workout, Shai was an amazing instructor :) the moments I was at my max there was encouragement, and Shai truly has a gift for knowing when to push and suggest a higher weight! If you're looking for a solid in and out workout that goes by quickly, F45 is great and the Largo location was especially inviting! P.S. playlists are great here too!

While this is definitely not my kind of workout class, I was comfortable and had some fun during it. The facility was very clean and has an array of amenities. HUGE plus for that! The only thing that really turned me off was the pressure to sign up for monthly classes. I haven’t experienced that yet at any of the studios I have gone to, though they weren’t “gym style” studios so that could be the difference. Otherwise, I will drop in here and there for a class with my bestie but it wasn’t my jam.

Such an amazing instructor he truly goes up to everyone in the class and pushed you past your limits, I’ve never seen anything like it and i have been to so many gyms across FL and AZ. I’m 22 weeks pregnant he not only pushes you and makes you feel strong but also helps you modify to make sure you are safe! He makes you also laugh throughout the entire class i cannot wait to come back and take his class again he is a next level instructor! 12/10!!
