Kai was very professional, strong, and seemed to know where all my painful spots were without me even telling him what I needed. She did an excellent job working through areas of tension while still making the experience comfortable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. It’s always exciting to support someone starting a new business, and I was very impressed with the quality of the massage. I left feeling much better and more relaxed.
