ver todas as avaliaçõesLinda is, as always, a great Pilates instructor. I originally came to Club Pilates classes to find her again when she retired from another studio. She is old school and really cares about form. She gives great correction and makes sure your movements are in alignment and really working the muscles and stretching the tendons. I appreciate that she offers modifications so you can take her classes and get something out of it whether you’re a teenage professional dancer or in your 40’s-60’s with injuries l. She will make you sweat but keep you safe. She is also very motivational while being her authentic self. She’s funny and sarcastic while also being a very kind person. It’s a great combo and everyone has a good time on her classes. Linda has a following in Cleveland Pilates circles for a reason.
