And, first time taking a (HIIT) F45 class. I was kindly welcomed by our instructor Liz S. She was helpful, knowledgeable and made sure to give me suggestions throughout the class knowing it was my first time there. So appreciated! Look forward to my next class.

ver todas as avaliaçõesJim was so nice, knowledgeable and friendly. I was running late because I got directions to the wrong place — I called to let them know and he set up a mat and props for me. He has a very soothing voice and makes adjustments to students’ poses when needed (as long as you’re okay with it.) The class was so relaxing and I got to stretch deeply. I was sore so it was perfect. The studio is clean and modern but cozy. We arranged our mats around the room against the walls so we were all facing each other which I liked. And no mirrors in the room we were in, which is a bonus for me. Easy parking. Overall a lovely restorative class. I will be back!

Sandra introduced herself when I arrived and provided guidance and support. this was my first visit to the new Cultivate studio. I parked in the back and went right through the doors where the sign pointed "yoga this way." She also offered reiki during our practice and breathwork reminders. I feel amazing and will be back next Monday!
