I haven’t gotten a chance to attend her regular classes because of my work schedule, but she had amazing moves, music (and I loved that the workout matched the beat), cues, and energy. This class was HARD in the best way, and she was very positive/encouraging and open to feedback and suggestions. I’ll be looking for any openings in my schedule to take another class with her!!!

ver todas as avaliaçõesI absolutely loved everything about this class and the studio! Everyone was so welcoming and friendly, which made the experience even better. The class was definitely challenging but in the best way possible! My instructor was a 10/10 and did an excellent job explaining everything and giving clear directions throughout the class. I learned so much and had a great time. I will definitely be back!
