ver todas as avaliaçõesIt was a beautiful space with a wonderful instructor! Rose was easy to follow and gave clear instructions. It was super accessible to those new to yoga, such as myself, but the class still incorporated some movements that were more challenging. I'm looking forward to attending another class with Rose soon!
