ver todas as avaliaçõesGreat class!!! It’s a challenging class and different from the normal reformer class. Nice set of exercises. I enjoyed those jumps! Sam is very good at explaining, guiding you through class and keeping you motivated! Sam is a fantastic instructor!!!
