ver todas as avaliaçõesRob was my trainer for my first ever boxing class, and he was very attentive and affirmative. This was exhausting (see first class), but I got a solid sweat going and all of my muscles feel warm & well used. I felt very supported by the entire class, as they’ve created a good familial atmosphere. It’s a lot of fun to get your aggression out. Overall 10/10, would come back.
