However, I will say that this time around one of the instructors appeared to be socializing more with a friend in the class rather than helping instruct the class.. which was disappointing. I have never had a problem before and I would highly recommend!

The gym itself was clean yet stocked with a wide range of weights and equipment, the music was motivating, and the format of rotating stations was as fun as it was challenging. ver todas as avaliaçõesThis was my first time at this gym and basically my first time working out this decade. I would come back. Coach Anthony was so welcoming and encouraging. There were 18 stations we went through thrice — some with weights, some using just your body, and we stayed at each station for 20 to 60 seconds (depending what cycle). There were kids reading in a corner — reading was not one of the 18 stations. You can go at your own pace at each station, but you definitely are motivated to work as hard as you can. Boy, did I sweat. Music was great. Different ages and body types. I am writing this review for anyone who thinks you have to look a certain way or have a certain type of fitness to go to F45. I thought I did, and I was wrong. So I’ll be coming back!

I felt the whole “let’s huddle and get eachother pumped thing” really cheesy at first LOL but it honestly did end up working because it did want to make my try my hardest & it made me feel part of the group. I took the very early 5am class - it was just 2 other members and myself but then one left halfway through so it really did feel like 1 on 1 personal training with Derek (which was great). He is very motivating and did a lot of the workouts with us. The workout was fun and encouraging, I’d definitely recommend to all!
