Things to keep in mind: 1) no lockers; 2) you have to go get the ring and the elastic at the end of the room before class; 3) staff are nice-ish (the support instructor was so lovely, Nicole a bit less so) but they won’t go out of their way to show you around and explain to you how the place works.

ver todas as avaliaçõesIt was a super cool experience, however if you are light or sound sensitive, just be aware. I ended up covering my eyes with the blanket due to the light from the outside not allowing me to fully relax and the gong noises got a bit too loud at times and had to plug my ears. It was an interesting experience but if you get overstimulated especially by sound, be aware of it before going in. I will do it again but will be ready for the loud noises next time hehe

The exercises (proper Pilates and a lot of variation from class to class - involving blocks, rings, elastic bands, …) she chooses make sense and she makes sure that the class is doing them correctly, explaining what muscles are supposed to be activated (and how to activate them) as well as giving advice individually on how to prevent injuries (& on how not to cheat / make the exercise too easy 😉). Really the perfect class to open up your body and mind after a busy work week and to start the weekend energised yet relaxed (thanks to the heat and a very nice playlist). Thanks for that - I highly recommend the class!
