Usually when you see a “yoga sculpt” class it’s a boring vinyasa flow with some rinky dink weights but NO, this is yoga mixed with serious bodyweight calisthenics drills, tons of planking to build natural upper body and core strength, and so much glute work ouchhhhh…. Some small ankle and ring weights are used but it’s mostly to add on to your bodyweight. I am a 500-hr yoga teacher and teach megaformer and this has me wobbling on the way down the stairs. AMAZING CLASS if you want to see what your body can do and build strength for your other movement practices.

Yeli is such a fun teacher and I love learning the craziest combinations from her, and how she pushes you to challenge yourself and grow. This is the funnest workout that doesn’t feel like a workout (but it totally is), give it a try and stick with it!!

ver todas as avaliaçõesI really love this silks class! It’s a great way to build strength, endurance, flexibility and learn new moves. I have been consistently taking it for about a month now and see/feel my skills improving. The teachers are great at modifying moves and conditioning to each students specific needs. The facility is very clean and well taken care of, there isn’t a lot of kids, noise or distractions which is nice. Everyone is kind and professional I highly recommend if you are serious about your aerial journey.
