From the start, she provided exceptional customer service by reaching out to let me know about a cancellation, which allowed me to move my appointment up to an earlier time. I really appreciated the proactive communication. During the appointment, she took the time to thoroughly explain the differences between a Korean lash lift and a traditional lash lift, making sure I understood the process and what results to expect. Her attention to detail and expertise made me feel completely comfortable and confident in my choice. Most importantly, my lashes came out absolutely amazing! They look beautifully lifted, natural, and exactly what I was hoping for. I couldn’t be happier with the results and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

ver todas as avaliaçõesAlba was incredible! I’ve gotten my lashes done twice with her and I haven’t had an experience like this anywhere else in Miami. She is super good at making you feel comfortable and very diligent with her work. She asked specifically what I wanted and did not let me leave until that’s what I got. My lashes are hard to lift but they have never looked more lifted than they do now thanks to her. She also explained every step of the process and was very kind about it since I was curious what the difference was between a Korean and a regular lash lift. She also gave me tips on aftercare. I wish I was able to give her more stars! 10/10
