However, I will say that this time around one of the instructors appeared to be socializing more with a friend in the class rather than helping instruct the class.. which was disappointing. I have never had a problem before and I would highly recommend!

She was able to move me into the correct form without being too pushy or invasive, and gave us shout outs when we were doing well. I have been doing lagree for a while now and I think she provides a great workout for both beginners and regulars!

That being said, the trainer was super helpful in guiding everyone, not just me, to avoid injuries which I found really helpful. Can’t wait to book again as I get ready for hot girl summer this year.
