ver todas as avaliaçõesThis classic class with Stephanie was fun and invigorating. The studio was welcoming, checking on my familiarity with Barre and any physical restrictions I may have had. Stephanie led the class with confidence and was aware of all of the members in class as she both instructed and assisted in form adjustments with ease. I left the class feeling a stronger mind body connection and dare I say, more balanced?! Awesome class.
