Also some reminders to breathe in sync with these movements would be wonderful. Mike’s cues were excellent and loved his attention to detail, alignment & adjustments!

ver todas as avaliaçõesI was surprised this location had a few “new” machines- using new very losely but similar to what you find at non commercial gyms like Powerhouse equipment but wayyy closer to my house. Specifically hack sack machines and hit thrust machine which is a huge plus. I actually like the “hip thrust” machine here more just seeemed easier to operate and load weight to me. I think the way foot plate is set up has my glutes , way more than before and with minimal weight. All it took was 70 lbs 3x10 and my 🍑were on fire🔥. The Instructions very clear and direct on how to use it. I did however need assistance with hack sack machine because I was too short to bring it down to my height. Staff was very helpful, as well as other gym-goers. 1 thing your girl is not afraid to do, is ask for help. Especially because not asking at place like this can be very dangerous when your unfamiliar when it comes to dealing with certain equipment. Non the less I am here for the upgrades🙌🏾
