ver todas as avaliaçõesLaura's class is becoming a firm favourite. The flows allow you to push yourself if you want to but also learn and focus on technique. Her way of teaching feels unique, laid back and professional. I like that she doesn't focus too much on the chanting and mantras that sometimes come with classes and might not be everyone's cup of tea. Really good class, highly recommended!

ver todas as avaliaçõesThe atmosphere is lovely and comfy. JJ gives really good instructions. Definitely my favorite class in Manchester. It is the closest to the traditional yoga I had practised in the past, no fuss, just body practice and deep relaxation.
