Totally unrelated to her, the studio should definitely have hair ties that are free to use. I go to tons of different exercise studios at a similar price point, and they all provide hair ties in case you forget one. Target sells a pack of 50 for $4. Seems like something the studio could afford to provide.

This was a fundamentals class so we spent a good chunk focusing on our form/technique, which i was really grateful for. Yohanne was nice and really helpful about correcting my form and encouraged me to keep going even when I’d mess up. Will def be back. Also the gym is beautiful and very clean.

They all know each other and are extremely welcoming to new comers!! It's a really cool community, if that's what you are looking for! Workout was moderate and fun!
