First of Ryne was AMAZING. I let him know i my was my first time kickboxing and I haven’t worked out in a while. But he was so helpful. Advised that i get my own gloves. Walked me through exercises that i wasn’t sure of. I can’t wait to go back on Thursday.

Really great workout that definitely had me breaking a sweat! This was a fundamentals class so we spent a good chunk focusing on our form/technique, which i was really grateful for. Yohanne was nice and really helpful about correcting my form and encouraged me to keep going even when I’d mess up. Will def be back. Also the gym is beautiful and very clean.
