Both tower/matwork classes, as well as the reformer classes with Mohan are fantastic, both for beginners and those that want to make progress in pilates, and the personal progress can be tracked within weeks. Vom ersten Moment an war er unglaublich professionell, aufmerksam und gleichzeitig extrem sympathisch. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl, gut aufgehoben und einfach in den besten Händen. Er achtet durchgehend darauf, dass die Übungen korrekt ausgeführt werden und hat alles im Blick. Man merkt sofort, dass er genau weiß, was er tut und ein sehr gutes Gefühl für den Körper und die richtigen Bewegungsabläufe hat. Die Stunde war unglaublich abwechslungsreich und perfekt aufgebaut. Es wurde zu keinem Zeitpunkt langweilig, jede Übung war sinnvoll integriert und man hatte das Gefühl, dass wirklich alles durchdacht ist. Gleichzeitig hat es extrem viel Spaß gemacht und man wurde genau richtig gefordert. Für mich war das mit Abstand meine absolute Lieblings Pilates Stunde bisher und ehrlich gesagt eine der besten Sporteinheiten, die ich je hatte. Ich bin wirklich sehr begeistert und kann den Kurs von ganzem Herzen weiterempfehlen. Ich werde definitiv wieder buchen und freue mich jetzt schon auf die nächste Stunde bei Robert.

She was very interactive with everyone in the class, always smiley and positive, which made the whole experience really enjoyable. It honestly felt like a real change compared to other clubs I’ve visited before. ENERGII definitely had the best vibe and energy out of all the clubs I tried.
