The whole session was planned to be one remix with no stops between songs which made an amazing flow throughout the ride. LP pays attention to everyone’s form constantly, which i really love it. She might be too strict for others, but you definitely learn and improve alot from her class!

ver todas as avaliaçõesDie Kurstrainerin war sehr nett und hat mir zu Beginn alles gezeigt und erklärt. Der Kurs selbst war sehr intensiv, weshalb ich ihn eher für Fortgeschrittene mit Pilates-Erfahrung empfehlen würde. Die Übungen wurden verständlich mündlich angeleitet und Korrekturen wurden während des Trainings angesagt. Die Trainerin ist jedoch nicht gezielt zu einzelnen Teilnehmerinnen gegangen, um diese aktiv bzw. individuell zu korrigieren. Insgesamt würde ich den Kurs allen empfehlen, die bereits Pilates-Erfahrung haben und eine intensivere Herausforderung mit ordentlich Burn suchen. 🔥
