We were set up in the darker smaller room- which was different from the last times I had taken this class but I really loved the floors and the vibe. It helped me focus. Since we spent a lot of time on our knees it was nice to have more forgiving floors. Feeling great this morning as I wake up. Perfect workout for yesterday!

The instructor was clearly very knowledgeable but did go through things very quickly. so just be aware of this beforehand! That being said, I will likely be back since I feel like it will push me, but it is fast-paced and assumes some dance knowledge beforehand like positions etc.

The instructor was so helpful and understanding, and the students have really made a community at this studio. Everyone was so welcoming and made sure to introduce themselves and ask my name, help me out with any of the equipment/poses, and just really make the hour go by with so many laughs. I will certainly be coming back!
