The class was a perfect full body workout with an emphasis on core strength which is what I look for in a Pilates reformer class. Every move was thoughtful and actually doable while still being challenging. Danielle’s was very attentive and her verbal cueing and hands on adjustments were extremely helpful.

She took the time to demonstrate movements on the reformer and made sure everyone felt comfortable and confident. If you’re looking for a great place to try pilates for the first time, this is definitely the spot. I’ll definitely be coming back to take another one of Allie’s classes!

Hannah made me feel so comfortable on and off the machine, explaining how it worked and coming over to make sure I felt comfortable and confident throughout the class. Clearly she’s knowledgeable not only in the moves she’s teaching and how to modify and amplify appropriately, but also in the body (where I’m supposed to be feeling and why). The studio is clean but the workout is nowhere near traditional Pilates, doesnt even have mirrors and the music that most of the coaches play is garbage. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else, literally toddlers could probably teach better than the ‘coaches’ here.
