Every move, every transition, every correction. It feels like you’re getting the most out of your time there and I love it. She was subbing for this class and I was SO happy when I got the text that the sub would be her!

I feel like she does little variations of moves that are different enough from other instructors that it makes it something new and fun each time! Her classes also always kick my butt, they’re so hard, but in such a good way. I also like how she’s specific about form for the exercises, specifically with protecting your lower back.

Maybe she was worried that I would go too heavy on my own, but I wish she could’ve communicated that. She warmed up to the class a few times later, and paid attention to everyone’s form!

I have some fear of going upside down from an injury falling on my head as a kid and she was so kind and supportive! I couldn’t believe all the cool things I got to experience within just a brief 1-hour intro class!! I swear I feel taller too! My spine is so decompressed. It was like a normal yummy yoga flow mixed with lots of awesome supports and assists from the silks plus we learned a couple of cool tricks! Highly recommend!!!

There is a sign for the studio, but the directions say to turn on Wyandot. Without knowing it’s around the corner, class passers may stand at the locked metal gate of 2901 Wyandot in confusion. Like me! Thankfully someone directed me to the right place!
