For a first time class, I expected to be very confused but he paid attention and walked the class through all the exercises so a beginner like me wasn’t left behind. I thoroughly enjoyed the class and as someone who used to do track a decade ago, the class had me reminiscing. Definitely going to try the other classes

Courtney was great and extremely thorough in her instruction how to use the machines. Workout was very solid chipper. Everyone left slick with sweat. Would be a proper member I lived closer.
