I’m a huge fan of this style, which in case you are not prepared, involves the therapist kneeling on you, stretching you, and manipulating your body. It was still super relaxing with some aromatherapy and oils, but more “hands on” than a typical massage. I love feeling like my body is being moved and massaged in muscles that I didn’t even know needed it!

I was impressed by how accommodating they were—able to schedule a same-day appointment and even fit in my boyfriend as well. The massages were absolutely amazing. They worked out all our knots, and we left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The space itself is cozy, inviting, and perfectly designed to help you unwind. It’s clear they’ve put thought into creating a peaceful atmosphere. This is officially my go-to spot for massages. Highly recommend!

The massage exceeded my expectations and more!! I have so much tension in my lower back and shoulders & she was able to massage them out with the right amount of pressure. For this aromatherapy I put “hard” for pressure on my intake form, and she understood the assignment. Apparently Thai hard in massage is like Thai hot in food. It was the best Mellencamp massage I’ve ever had (hurt so good), and I came out with better range of motion and less pain in my neck and back than I’ve had in a long time. I will definitely be going back.
