ver todas as avaliaçõesI really enjoyed my experience. I saw others were having issues with location so I reached out to the owner to verify and he sent me the new address, so finding it was smooth. The class was alot more than I expected, in the best way. We also meditated, did breath-work and he played the indigenous flute, as well as sound bowl. Even offered us a meal after. Wonderful experience, reminding me of the roots of yoga, community, the absence of time, and getting rooted. I enjoyed it and would return. Great for people who surrender to flow
