The lyrics in music during the time do not allow one to fully zen out for that minute. Also lights being dimmed all the way down would be great as the blue feels bright my eyes even when closed

Gentle yoga, but Beth includes some challenges to build balance and core strength. She’s an excellent teacher - calm, patient and able to offer suggestions and assistance for any level student.
